Purpose of Position:
This position, under general supervision, will plan, manage and lead the execution of projects of small size and/or limited level of complexity. The incumbent will have knowledge of foundational project management disciplines, methods, and tools. The Project Manager I will have sufficient technology and programmatic domain knowledge to provide insightful planning, management and oversight of project progress and results.
This position is a Pay Band: IE

IT Project Manager I
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Computer Science or similar technical major and four (4) years of experience in software development or systems analysis. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totalingsix (6)years may substitute for the required education and experience. CAPM certification may be substituted for one year of experience.
Employment Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
