Do you have a successful sales record making outbound calls to customers? Do you enjoy working in a call center environment? Are you outbound calling skills strong enough that you would like the opportunity to work into call center management?
This is a newly created department and position in a well-established company. The primary activity (albeit not limited exclusively), is to make outbound calls to existing customers and prospects to grow relationships and increase profitability.
It's imperative that candidates have experience in making calls, not merely receiving calls.
A college degree is preferred but not required for candidates with the right attitude and experience.
Three-five years of experience, in a call center environment, is also preferred.
We will also consider any experienced sales candidates who have a desire, and would be happy, doing inside sales. In addition to be a newly created division of a well-established company, this position offers an excellent opportunity for future management of this department.
