What we are looking for
We are seeking experienced Outside Sales Account Managers to drive our B2B sales process across its key markets nationally. Our Managers will also be responsible for developing reseller partnerships with trade organizations, accountants and bookkeepers among others.
As an Outside Sales Account Manager you will be tasked with shaping the entire sales process including a chat interface with prospective clients. Therefore we're looking for people who are comfortable with a fast pace and who have a drive to perform.
We are seeking honest, competitive and ethical Account Managers to generate new leads and close sales.
You will forecast and take ownership of your sales pipeline to meet set goals.
You will be highly networked and be expected to build long lasting relationships. We DO NOT speak ill of our competition, rather our product offering simply speaks for itself!

Do you think this is exciting and challenging enough?
You will be responsible for setting appointments with business owners using phone prospecting, face-to-face prospecting, networking, and referral partner relationships.
You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs and present SimpleX Payroll time-management and payroll solutions to close sales in our targeted markets (restaurants, retail, medical, hospitality, auto repair, car dealerships, Physician & Veterinarian Clinics etc)
Ideal candidate
Home office required with a majority of time spent in the field - this is not an office, sipping coffee with your feet up on the desk type job.
You will be a self-starter with a strong grasp of SaaS sales
You will understand technology solution based sales processes
You will be able to educate small business owners on the value of outsourcing payroll
You will have excellent verbal and written communications skills
You will be expected to maintain regular communication with our Division Offices
Technically proficient and experienced with web platform technologies (able to talk intelligently and present pros/cons, use cases/examples, trends, etc)
You must possess excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills and be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
You will be an incentive-driven sales individual with a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, a high sense of urgency and innate sales talent and aptitude.
You must enjoy cold-calling, speaking with people face to face and be eager to develop your consultative sales skills.
What's in it for you?
Uncapped commission - you will work for it, but you can make over $200K/year.
Compensation includes monthly residual income that pays starting the first month
Profit/territory share once vested. This means you are paid recurring monthly residuals which are reviewed every 24 months as long as the signed clients continue to use SimpleX Payroll and you are employed with us.
