History of success
Prior sales experience (Preferred but not required)
College Degree (Preferred but not required)
The drive to succeed & entrepreneurial spirit
Good Credit History
Favorable Criminal Record
Previous insurance experience is not required
Bilingual candidates and military candidates may be eligible for additional incentives
