This job opening is for a full time School Psychologist working with students in a district in the vicinity of Santa Fe, NM. The caseload will primarily be elementary students.
Job Description:
The School Psychologist will cover up to four schools over the course of the 35 hour work week. He/she will be expected to facilitate learning and help promote cognitive, personal, and social development and well-being of all students. The School Psychologist will be expected to complete assessments, provide direct intervention to students and related consultation to parents, work collaboratively towards program development, and must be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have completed a graduate level degree in School Psychology. Must have proven instances of leadership, collaboration, problem solving, and conflict resolution. This employment opportunity can be fulfilled by either a local or travel School Psychologist, but a New Mexico license and PED educational certification are needed before beginning the job.
