firm is seeking a Saleslogix Support Analyst on a contract and/or Fulltime basis. The Saleslogix Support Analyst will provide day to day support on Saleslogix to include identification, design, and hands on implementation of system customizations, configurations, new development and/or enhancements to in-house developed systems, data interfaces, and processes.
This
position
will focus on solutions designed and developed to support our sales/marketing teams.
The successful SalesLogix Support Analyst will have experience with SalesLogix 8.0+. Any background with Web architecture is a plus. Ability to work with the business to create forms and add modules.

Requirements
Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate duplicate data through use of automated interfaces.
Leverage existing technology investments in Microsoft technologies (SQL, SSRS) and develop interfaces, reports, and dashboards.
Demonstrate flexibility and respond appropriately to the expressed needs of people internal and external to the organization; assess and balance the interests of a variety of individuals; readily adjust priorities to respond to pressing and changing internal/external demands
Anticipate potential problems or opportunities and recommend/influence new solutions that are best suited for application infrastructure based on the overall company strategy and technology goals while ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
Candidate Requirements
Any experience with CRM, SharePoint, Business Analyst is a strong plus
Experience in application programming in some of the following: ASP.NET, C#, SQL, SSRS, SSIS; Qlikview or similar in-memory reporting tool, Saleslogix or similar CRM tool
Prior experience configuring, supporting, and/or integrating 3rd party business applications preferably in a Financial Services environment
Communication and training skills, a motivated and dynamic team player with negotiation and influencing skills with Can do problem solving attitudeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
