to join their dynamic team as the Chief Information Officer. Reporting to the CEO, this individual will provide technology vision, development, and leadership in the management of the institution's information technology area. The successful candidate will lead the institution in planning and implementing information systems to support the business operations and achieve more effective and cost beneficial enterprise-wide operations. Other responsibilities include effective decision making, mentoring employees, and championing the initiatives of the organization. Must have proven experience as a positive, progressive IT lead and be a collaborative team player having worked for a financial institution. Bachelor's degree plus minimum of 7 years management experience in the field is required.
