We currently have a great assignment for an Operations Manager. This individual will support our client, a design, program management (PM) and construction management (CM) firm based out of Massachusetts, with projects around the world. Job Responsibilities


The Operations Manager will support FEMA disaster recovery efforts under the supervision of a Task Order Manager out of the FEMA office in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This individual with be responsible for providing overall resource management, team supervision as well as policy implementation and enforcement for employees.
Responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:


  • Managing the team's efforts to work within the contractual scope, schedule and budget, including financial management and reporting requirements
  • Using data to track and manage workloads to meet client deadlines and to report progress in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicating to the team or supervisors in open and timely manner
  • Employee staffing, including backfills and assisting with new hire orientation training and logistics
  • Overseeing employee resources and training needed to deliver quality work in a safe and healthy working environment
  • Working with Human Resources and the client to assist in the resolution of employee questions and complaints
  • Managing conflict of interest for the work being performed at the disaster location

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
