ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
Assisting oversee the daily workflow of the department.

Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
Assists with employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Assists in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Weekly meetings with HR Manager to discuss any possible terminations and new hires.
Assist/conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates organization.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Responsible for overseeing the onboarding process and providing support to new hires during their first two weeks at the organization.
Submits online investigations for unemployment.
Assists on orientation for new hires regarding benefits Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
Provide general support to visitors Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment and maintaining IT infrastructure Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.
g.
, stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements) Assist and keep track of company's fleet inventory, gas cards, maintenance, and repairs.
Assist and keep track of company's equipment/tools inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time New Mexico unemployed quarterly reporting New Mexico workers compensation reporting Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
A minimum of one year of human resource management experience preferred.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
