Job Description:
Sell new and used motorcycles The Internet Sales Associate is the first point of contact for customers making online inquiries.
YOU MUST speak and actively listen to internet customers via telephone Effectively communicate via email, to include, reading and professionally responding in writing Organize/track all customer traffic, prepare documentation, and perform delivery procedures Be reliable, committed to the process, and have a positive attitude Learn and maintain an in depth knowledge of the product that you sell Have a working knowledge of current new and used inventory Attend training sessions to keep current with product and process changes Learn company policies and maintain compliance throughout all processes Actively pursue sales leads using all components of the funnel Must have a passion for riding! Wicked West is open Tuesday-Saturday with Sunday and Monday as everyone's day off! Qualifications and Skills Must have satisfactory criminal and DMV screening Must be able to pass Drug Test You MUST have excellent communication skills and a great attitude! You MUST be computer savvyyou will utilize internet, social media, listing services, and inventory systems, to drive sales Must be able to work five days a week; Sundays and Mondays may be included Experience with fielding phone calls, text messages and emails with quickness and efficiency Must be able to work in a fast paced and developing internet environment Bilingual applicants welcome Responsibilities and Duties Actively sell new and used motorcycles, pursue sales leads, use all components of the sales funnel Speak and actively listen to internet customers via telephone Effectively communicate via email, to include, professionally responding in writing Organize/track all customer traffic, prepare documentation, perform delivery process Learn and maintain an in depth knowledge of the product that you sell Have a working knowledge of current new and used inventory Attend training sessions to keep current with product and process changes Learn company policies and maintain compliance throughout all processes Have FUN
