Summary/Objective The Director of People Services works collaboratively with the CEO, CFO and other administrative staff to coordinate and lead organizational initiatives that will optimize people-centered activities across the organization.
This position will be responsible for project management of human resource initiatives, and implementation and support for key organizational projects.
Essential Functions Work with leadership team to focus on providing quality services and care to all staff with defined metrics to measure outcomes - resident and employee satisfaction Lead staff focused projects such as evaluation of roles and talent, development of leadership succession plans, benefit and compensation reviews, performance management and leading onboarding and outboarding processes and procedures in conjunction with the HR support team.
Develop project plans, timelines, and dashboard for project initiatives related to the strategic needs to communicate progress and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with Administrative staff to help manage and provide strategic guidance and advice, developing policies, procedures, and systems on all people related matters.
Lead on-going development of a culture of engagement and creation of a best place to work.
Oversee employee engagement activities as well as recognition programs.

Work Environment This role is office based and is part of the administrative team.
The Director interacts with employees, residents, vendors, Board members and other individuals.

This position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.
The position requires significant computer time.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is an exempt full-time position.
Travel Travel of 1- 2 miles between facilities is expected.
Preferred Education and Experience Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Masters preferred.
Experience with managing strategic projects required.
5 plus years of work experience in a health care, non-profit or hospitality setting in a leadership role (Director or above) Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
