Rosewood Hotels and Resorts is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Employee file maintenance - filing all employment related documents, moving and updating all files.
Assist the Director of Talent and Culture on communication to employees and performance alignment tasks.
Assist with EE Insurance, PTO liability, Workers comp, Active/Terminated employees, Employee Appreciation.
Enter new hire information into the payroll, benefits, and 401k systems in an accurate and timely manner and work with new hires on any missing information to complete their file.
Onboarding activities Ensure the professional handling and safekeeping of confidential team member information.
Miscellaneous projects as required by Compensation and Talent Management areas Other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Associate's degree in business related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Must possess strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
