Why does the job exist? Candidate performs data entry, tracking, requesting fingerprint registrations, maintains records, and other duties as it relates to intake, assisting with workflow development and interacting with applicants.
How does it get done? This position will serve as one of two intake specialists and will provide key data entry, tracking, requesting fingerprint registrations, working with the background check supervisor in work-flow development, and will be the point of contact for applicants.
This position is a critical position that will serve an important role within the division by ensuring that BGC requests continue to be processed timely and efficiently through the upcoming transition.
Who are the customers? Early Childhood professionals Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have bilingual communication skills.
Minimum Qualification High School diploma or Equivalency and two (2) years of experience in office administration, budgeting, purchasing, finance, accounting, auditing, cash management and/or contract management.
