95 Hourly $59,739 - $95,582 Annually This position is a Pay Band 75 Posting Details THIS POSTING WILL BE USED FOR ON-GOING RECRUITMENT AND WILL REMAIN OPEN UNITL FILLED.
Why does the job exist? The position will be responsible for management of the program budget including planning, budgeting, financial receivables and payables and financial reporting processes.
How does it get done? Responsible for success of full life-cycle funding, budgeting, financial receivables and payables, and reporting processes related to the program(s).
Develop, issue and monitor RFPs and/or make awards to sub-grantees and contractors.
Create systems to track program expenditures and all aspects of contracting process across several divisions.
Assure compliance with state policies and procedures, including NM Procurement, and serve as resource on procurement and purchasing for program leadership and staff.
Assist Section Manager in creation of org charts, HR paperwork and processes and other section leadership tasks as needed.

Leadership and project management skills.
Minimum Qualification Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years program administration or project management in areas related to the purpose of the position.
