Responsibilities:
As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers and generating interest in our solar products and services.
Your main responsibility will be to set appointments for our solar sales team by educating customers about the benefits of solar energy and explaining how our solutions can meet their needs.
You will be based at Ace Hardware stores in New Mexico and will interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Your duties will include:
Engagement:
Approach customers in the store, initiate conversations, and present the benefits of solar energy as a cost-effective and sustainable solution.
Educate:
Provide customers with basic information about solar energy, how it works, potential cost savings, and environmental advantages.
Qualify:
Identify potential customers by asking relevant questions and assessing their energy needs and suitability for solar solutions.
Schedule Appointments:
Use effective communication skills to schedule appointments for our solar sales team to conduct detailed consultations and assessments.
Maintain Knowledge:
Stay informed about our solar products, pricing, and any ongoing promotions to accurately represent the company's offerings.
Data Entry:
Keep track of customer interactions and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with the solar sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads and appointments.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts in a simple and compelling manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to engage with potential customers.
Basic understanding of solar energy concepts and a willingness to learn more about the industry.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is a plus.
Reliable transportation to commute to Ace Hardware store locations.
