Business Development Manager

We are Astrix Technology Group, a nationally recognized leading provider of both Staffing and Professional Services to the life science industry, and we're on the search for our next market leading Business Development Manager to drive further growth and new client development! KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Increase sales, by developing strong relationships with key customers, proactively developing new business contacts, and understanding customer requirements
Maximize Astrixs existing business relationships
Serve as the interface between the customer and Astrix to ensure the customers staffing needs are met
Generate proposals that successfully address the clients technical, functional and budgetary requirements
Monitor and analyze market and customer activity to gain insight for long-term planning and business expansion
Provide guidance and collaboration to recruiters in order to satisfy client requirements
Experience:

_Must have_ some combination of:
Staffing industry experience, sales experience, scientific or technical degree/experience
Bachelor's Degree (science related is ideal) POSITION SPECIFICS:
This position will report to the Region Managing Director level - West or Northeast.
This is a growth opportunity with future region leadership opportunities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
