Key Responsible for most HR functions including benefits, onboarding, workers comp, documentation and HRIS audits Play a major role in recruiting and onboarding including orientation for new hires across the US Represent the brand and culture in the best possible light within and outside of the organisation Maintain current knowledge of the US and federal legislation and regulations to monitor and ensure compliance Oversee all disciplinary issuesKey HR experience across restaurants/F&B is a MUST Strong in all HR procedures including; compliance, recruitment, training and development etc Experience with Gusto or Toast a HUGE ADVANTAGE Experience within a union environment Excellent leadership skills Advanced on Microsoft OfficeInterested in this challenge? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
