About the role:
We are seeking a passionate, caring, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support Jot's rapidly growing customer base and online community.
You'll be tasked with assisting and delighting our customers day-in and day-out with both reactive and proactive support.
Ultimately, you will represent the Jot brand, its voice, and our values at an integral point of the customer's experience.
As a subscription-based company we go out of our way to help treat subscribers like royalty.
Whether it's a little extra hand-holding for a customer or mystery solving issues as a team, your day will never be boring or the same.
What you'll be doing:
? Strike a balance between treating each ticket with a high degree of emotional intelligence and care, while keeping in mind that we have very competitive first response and resolution times.
? Primarily provide support via email, social media, and SMS via the Gorgias platform.
? Provide customers with both reactive and proactive support such as subscription management, address issue updates, in-transit order monitoring, failed subscription charges, subscriber payment method updates, warehouse picking errors, refund/return requests, replacements, chargebacks, and so on.
? Joining our Customer Support team means you're also joining our QA team.
Support the Director with QA'ing promotional materials including emails, SMS, and landing pages, as well as QA'ing and monitoring our subscriber portal and website at all times.
? Support the Director in collaborating with other internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer & QA issues.
Who you are:
? 1
years experience in customer support or related field (ideally within eCommerce and/or food and beverage) ? High emotional intelligence and empathy ? Strong writing skills, and ability to adopt brand voice and tone ? Stellar interpersonal, communication, and relationship development skills ? Organized, meticulous, and excellent with time management ? A team player, collaborative, and ego-free What you're looking for:
