Being an active communicator who is customer focused and detail-oriented is a must to ensure the experience we provide is unique, memorable and fun.
Responsibilities Answering the phones and book reservations Greeting customers and making them feel welcome Estimating wait time for guests Requirements A minimum of 1 years of experience in a fast paced and fine dining environment Proven success of champion of the culture, facilitating excellent communication, customer service and engagement Team focused with an understanding of the bigger picture and how you can contribute.
